DON'T

ARE YOU LIKING A CHARACTER?
Every Character dies at least once. Liking any of them is a terrible idea. The best course of action while reading is to just not get attached. Don't do that to yourself. Just. No.

GODTIER!

In which 13 year olds gain magic.
Dave Strider, Rose Lalonde, Jade Harley John Egbert are the first to be introduced. They each reach godtier which is the highest level one can reach in their game.
Each kid is transported into their own special world in which they go through to become god tier.
John Egbert is Blue
Rose Lalonde is Yellow
Dave Strider is Red
Jade Harley is Black

Trolls

There are twelve trolls in the focus of the story. They all come from different blood castes. (Blood castes are kinda like races for trolls, there's low bloods (Burgundy, brown, Yellow,) Midbloods (Jade, green, teal and cerulean) And High bloods (blue, indigo, purple and fuchsia). There's also a caste which isn't neccesarily a real caste but it's the mutants, which her Condescension absolutely hates and attempts to cull them. Luckily, just like the Kids, twelve trolls destroy their universe just to play their version of the gamer SGRUB. It is theorized that the trolls created earth when they beat SGRUB.

SBURB?

The Thing That Started It All
SBURB (Or SGRUB for trolls) Is a video game that transports the players into the actual game. Its a sandbox-style game that takes place superimposed over the real world, rather than in a virtual space. The server player is able to manipulate the client's environment in real time in a manner reminiscent of The Sims. The client of the game has no need to interact with the computer and can freely roam around completing objectives (except if the client wants to operate GristTorrent).

Actions available to the server player include being able to build rooms, add on to existing rooms, deploy game objects such as the Totem Lathe, and manipulate objects in the client's environment. It is said that the server cannot operate outside of a certain radius of the client, however Rose impliesSburb Logo at one point that she has been working on the house while John was away, and Lil Hal later states that he couldn't see Jane through the server's viewport once she left the house.Sburb Logo In addition, it seems that Dave's time shenanigans interfered with Jade's server application zeroing in on a single Dave automatically. Furthermore, the server's actions are limited by the client's supply of Build Grist. Further applications will likely be revealed over time.

Each new client-server connection generates a unique session of the game that is apparently independent of all other sessions, unless a daisy-chain of connections is formed with existing players. The exact number of connections varies depending on the length of the chain in question, though the minimum number of players for a normal session, even if additionally null or void, is two.

Each session has been hardwired to support its final player count from the start, because Sburb cares nothing for the concept of chronology. GristTorrent supports this, displaying three players online and one offline, though it may have inferred that she will install the client from the fact that she is already running the server. An even more extreme example of this achronology is the fact that anyone who is going to play Sburb in a particular session, at any point in their life, will be a dreamer in one of the moons of that session even before the game begins; some, like Jade and Kanaya, awaken longSburb Logo before Sburb Logo the game starts.

Cool Adults

Like wow. Look at these guys known ancestors. They're the parents of those super trolls written earlier. They're leading a revolution to change how the empresses (Fuschia troll if you can see it) View on life.

As such ancestors typically serve as role modelsSburb Logo for adolescent trolls; with each ancestor/descendant sharing their blood color, signSburb Logo, horns, and other traits. However due the nature of troll reproduction the ancestors have usually been dead for centuries by the time a troll is born, however this is not always the case, especially for particularly long-lived castes. Due to this some young trolls believe that they are supposed to find clues about their ancestors, however others dismiss the idea as superstition.Sburb Logo

In Homestuck, the main trolls are shown to frequently mirror the lives and relationships of their ancestors, most of whom were major figures in Alternia's history.

After the Condesce took over Earth she enforced a system of culture and reproduction onto the humans that was similar to that of the trolls. Consequently, Roxy's Mom and Dirk's Bro can be seen as ancestors.

SO MUCH TO READ!

Kids

Only 4
Dave Strider, Rose Lalonde, Jade Harley John Egbert are the human protagonist

Villain!

Oh jeez.
ack took on the physical prototypings from the kids' session after he killed the Black Queen and put on her ring. The first three prototypings were already present and visible on the queen when he took the ring. First was John Egbert's (carried out by Rose Lalonde, his server player). John's kernelsprite was prototyped with a harlequin with an arm missing, a slashed eye, and a piece of his comical hat cut off. This caused the Black and White kings and queens (and eventually Jack) to have a slashed eye, missing arm and a missing piece of their comical hat.
He is one of the many villains!

IT's REALLY SAD

BUT BEAUTIFUL ART MAN BEAUTIFUL
