composition- the way in which something is put together or arranged: the combination of parts or elements that make up something
cropping- the removal of the outer parts of an image to improve framing
depth of field- the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear sharp in an image.
ISO- controls the sensitivity of your cameras sensor to a given amount of light.
aperture- controls the area over which light enters your camera.
rule of thirds- aligning the subject with the guide lines and their intersecting points.
f stop- the setting of an adjustable lens aperture, as indicated by an f number.
shutter speed- controls the duration of the exposure.
