• Find other ways to escape, like yoga or meditation.

• Lack of family invovment in a teens life can lead to drugs.
• Talk to your counselor and parents about their involvement in your life.

MENTAL HEALTH

• Poor mental health can lead to teens taking drugs.
• Talk to your parents about your mental health and if needed, talk to a therapist.
