⅛ teaspoon bulk mesophilic culture
Rennet, dissolved in ½ cup cool water (choose one):
½ teaspoon liquid animal rennet or
¼ teaspoon double-strength liquid rennet or
¼ tablet vegetable rennet
2 tablespoons sea salt
