For breakfast on Monday I had an omelet with some red peppers. I ate oatmeal as well. I had two ounces of protein and one cup of veggies. I also had a little bit of oil on my egg about 3 ounces. The oatmeal amounted in 5 ounces of grains.
For dinner I had steak and some green beans. I had one cup of green beans and three ounces of steak. I also put on some hummus amounting in two ounces of oil and fat.
