MONDAY

For breakfast on Monday I had an omelet with some red peppers. I ate oatmeal as well.
I had two ounces of protein and one cup of veggies. I also had a little bit of oil on my egg about 3 ounces. The oatmeal amounted in 5 ounces of grains.

For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich and a tall glass of milk. I had two cups of milk, one cup of cheese, and one ounce of protein.

For dinner I had steak and some green beans. I had one cup of green beans and three ounces of steak. I also put on some hummus amounting in two ounces of oil and fat.

TUESDAY

BREAKFAST

For breakfast I had cereal with milk (2 cups), I had a large smoothie (2 cups of fruit), and two hard boiled eggs (4 ounces of protein)

LUNCH

For lunch I had a granola bar (3 ounces of grain), vegetable medley (1 cup) and water.

DINNER

For dinner I had quinoa (two ounces of grains), chicken (three ounces of protein), and some soy milk (two ounces of protein).

WEDNESDAY

For breakfast I had waffles with 2 cups of fruit on top! I had two cups of milk and a cheese stick and got three ounces of protein.

For lunch I had warm turkey (2 ounces of protein), some water, and some avocado (5 ounces of protein).

DINNER
