Explanation:
Big sporting goods companies move their business to repressive countries around the world in order to exploit workers. They do this deliberately because the workers in these areas are punished by the government if they try to protest.

Terrorism:
is the act of deliberately causing physical and psychological trauma and fear to an individual or to a nation as a whole.

This does not fit our description because even though Sport-King exploits workers in less developed countries, their actions are still not considered as an act of terrorism. What they are doing is clear; EXPLOITATION! They are not putting guns to the heads of their workers forcing them to work. The workers have a choice to decide if they are tired of being exploited.

Who are the terrorists?

In this situation, the terrorists would be the governments in these repressive areas.

Additional info:

The government that is supposed to advocate for its citizens is rather taking away their rights. Nonetheless, their actions does not quite define terrorism
