HERSHEY BAR IMPACT

  • In World War II, Hershey supplied troops with milk chocolate bars.
  • It was a chocolate bar called the "tropical" bar. This meant it could hold up better in the warmer climates.
  • This bar was supposed to provide the troops with a palatable and nourishing food.
