  • The one thing that taught me to "grow up to be a wise and good person" was all my teachers that I have had in my life.

  • Holling's worst month was probably February because in September, he was just meeting and getting to know Mrs. Baker. Holding also didn't have guts yet.

  • As time and months go on, things get better. But if I had to choose his best month it would probably be June. In June, Mrs. Baker loves Holling and she is always smiling because she knows that her husband is safe out of war. Holling stands up to his dad and the family is all friends again in the perfect house.

  • Hollings "war that changed him the most was probably tripping Doug Swietecks brother because that was his first gutsy move that he has ever done because of his sister telling him that. This "war" that Holling faced changed him for the rest of the novel.

  • I believe that Holling would give his year a B because there are all different things that happened. From my point of view this was a good year.

SLIDE 6

  • The gutsiest thing that Holling does in the novel is going up on stage to play Ariel in "The Tempest".

  • The teacher that taught me the most was Mrs. Stetson because she taught me how to be kind and succeed in life.
