How did you attract/address your audience?
I attracted my audience through my use of images, articles, colors and fonts. I wanted to create a magazine with a friendly feel to it so that readers were not at all intimidated. I used pinks and purples in order to attract my female target audience as this appeared to be the most popular target audience after carrying out my questionnaire.
I used a small and simple font in order to make my magazine appear simple yet interesting. I used high quality images of my model so that they would immediately be attracted to the front cover. These images go right across my front cover, contents page and double page spread, high quality images definatley spice up the magazine as a whole and make it more attractive.
I used a casual language in order to be inviting to my audience, especially in my double page spread. I thought this would give off a friendly vibe to my target audience.
