CONTENTMENT

• Contentment means to be happy and satisfied.
• I am a perfectionist and I always think I should improve my work, self or actions even though I may not need to.
• I should be able to step back and say that it is good enough and it doesn’t need to be perfect.

ETHICAL

• Ethical means following accepted rules of behavior.
• I tend to defy authority figures and question a lot of rules and guidelines.
• I need to learn to be more obedient and have more respect for people who have authority over me and accept rules that I may not agree with.

OPTIMISTIC

• Optimistic means having or showing hope for the future.
• I usually look on the down side and am a sarcastic naysayer.
• I would like to be the one to lift spirits or get people excited for something.

MEASUREMENT

• Contentment: I will measure contentment by how much I criticize something.
• Ethics: I could measure this by how annoyed teachers are when I say I have a question about the rules.
• Optimism: If my friends are excited for something because of me, then it could be seen as improvement.
