People who experienced a lot of stress increased their risk of dying by 43%. BUT...

30,000 adults in U.S. tracked for 8 years

Asked "how much stress have you had in the past year?" and "Do you believe stress is harmful to your health?"

People who had a lot of stress but did not believe stress was harmful were no more likely to die.

Typical stress response = heart rate goes up and blood vessels constrict

What does this have to do with fatigue?

We all know that a certain amount of stress in our lives is inevitable. So why not make it work for you instead of against you?

Ongoing stress leads to Chronic Fatigue and if not dealt with, complete adrenal failure and heart failure.

Intense or prolonged stress can lead to Adrenal Fatigue.

Stress can affect all the major systems and organs in your body. It interferes with your health or normal functioning.

Why is that such UNTHINKABLE treatment to happen to your child......yet you treat YOURSELF like this day after unrelenting day?



WHY is that ok?

what if someone DENIED your child sleep when they were so exhausted, and made them stay awake to the point where they were so upset they were crying?
What if someone fed them foods that they KNEW would make them sick, and did it anyway?

We think we have to be SUPERMOM, that we have to be able to do it all and look glamorous at the same time.


Let go of any shame or guilt in asking for help. You absolutely do not, and SHOULD NOT, have to do this alone.

You have plenty of information already. What you need now is support and accountability.

Gwyneth Paltrow. Guess what? She doesn't do it alone. Not only does she have nannies and housekeepers, she probably trainers and probably a nutritionist or health coach, too (not to mention make up artists and personal stylists).

Your health is the foundation of you and your family and everything you do.

We put off getting our hair done, or buying ourselves new clothes, so that we can buy something for our kids instead.

Where would they be if you got sick and couldn't take care of them? If you let yourself deteriorate so much you really were JUST surviving?
