Human being approach life with patterns or rituals. Sometimes these rituals or habits aren't helping us move past on obstacle.

The drives behind our thinking and patterns are called Meta Programs or MP's.

You run a combination of Meta Program depending on context

Meta Programs determine your general approach to life and work similar to your values. They're deeply rooted within your subconscious.

Meta Program operate on a sliding scale raging from one preference to another.

There are 5 main MP's I'll go through.

Now think of something that's not serving you well, or way you react to someone or how you approach work.
