EFFECTIVE STUDY

  • Understand and plan for peak times
  • Make a list of what needs to be done
  • Prioritise most important
  • Set up a study timetable

THE NIGHT BEFORE...

  • Record tv shows, put off training if desperate,
  • stop using social media for a couple of hours
  • Eat healthy and drink water
  • Avoid staying up after midnight
  • Understand that it's normal to feel stressed before a SAC

5 NIGHT PLAN

  • Summarise the topic in 4 pages
  • Study only one page per night
  • Test yourself after memorizing a page at the end of each night
  • Night before sac- revise all pages
