• Newtons third law says every action has an opposite reaction.
• Balanced forces are equal and opposite they cancel each other out
• Momentum=Mass x Velocity P=mv
• Momentum conservation Pbefore=Pafter
• In Newton’s Cradle when a sphere is released it creates an elastic collision

Examples

• Ex: If skateboarders shove each other they'll go back the same distance 
• Ex: when a kayaker pushes his oar against the water he goes foward  
• that's because the water goes backward and that propels the kayak forward
