You eat fish regularly, chances you're getting too much mercury in your body!!!!
A natural liquid, it is often found in the air and water. Turned into mercury in water. It from a part of emitted from factories.
Also mercury in thermometers, too!!
HOW HARM FROM EATING FISH CONTAINING MERCURY?
For children, myercury affect children's development, it's can cause mental retardation, cerebral palsy, deafness and blindness.
In adults, Mercury poisoning can adversely affect fertility and blood pressure regulation and can cause memory loss, vision loss, numbness of fingers and toes. It also can get risk heart disease.
All fish and shellfish may containing mercury. Those of fish lived longer have highest level of mercury because they're have more time to accumulate it.
If you fishing, you need to check local advisories because some fish you caught may have higher or much lower than average level of mercury.
You can eat fish two servings per week.
But if you eat a lot of fish in a week. Don't worry, you can stop eating fish for next week or two because consumption of fish doesn't change the level of mercury in the body. :)
