- Carbohydrates
- Vitamins
- Minerals

- Are bricks that need to grow and repair damage to the body

Meat ( chicken, beef)
Fish and seafood
Egg, Milk , Chesse
Salami, Ham, Sausage
Seeds (bean, lentil)
CARBOHYDRATES
- Give us energy and heat to develop all activities.
- Are of plant origin
For example:
Corn , Rice, Wheat
Cerely, Potato, Banana , Sugar
Lentil, Beans, Peas
FATS OR LIPIDS
- Strongest source of energy for our brain
- Source of CALORIES for children
- Adults should consume in moderation

Meat red , Chicken skin, Milk, Butter, Avocado

- Is the amount of energy in food and beverages we consume daily
VITAMINS
- A, D, E, K, C, complex B
- Folic acid
- They help in the process of transformation of energy
- Strengthen the body's defense system against disease
