It deals with the fundamental feature of the mediterranean sea in the development of civilizations in Europe ,Africa and the Middle-East .The unity and diversity into that world . Be aware of the actual problems IN THE MEDITERRANEAN .(Integrated into the school curriculum )
They will learn by doing using technology . They will use collaborative tools .
Different tools will be used to present ,communicate ,collaborate ,and evaluate . Twinspace ( forum , chat ... ) Online platform emaze ,Prezi ,Moovly ,Goconqr ,Voki,Tagul ,Genial.ly,Padlet ,Scrumblr , Dolstorming , titanpad ,answergarden ,surveymonkey ... Creating a website blogger ,weebly, an e book : calameo or ... My partners and students can adjust the list.
DISSCUSS THE PROJECT( with partners and with students )
1 - PRESENTATION ( students ,their schools ,their towns and countries ) They will be free to shoose one of many tools : Voki , Story jumper ,Powtoon ... (sept - oct)
3 - Every school present its mediterranean country ( Location, Climate, flora, fauna ports, islands ,economy ...) . Students will work in groups and will use collaborative tools. In second time they will extract similarities between each other countries (on padlet)
4 - Their civilizations: Presenting and treating relations with those of their partners ( unity ,difference )
5 - Actuel problems in Mediterranean sea ( pollution , migration ...). Students will work in international groups . We will create files on the twinspace forum according to the number of groups (3 - 4 ) . the students in each group choose the same problem to discuss . On Padlet (one for each group ) :video ,photos , PTT , text ,poem... . they will use the project website to dessiminate their actions .
