SET A GOAL

  • I will weigh myself every weekend until April 18th

  • I will do a 30 minute work out of my own every other day.
  • Find an exercise that I can enjoy.
  • I will complete each step on a day to day base

  • Do the 30 minute workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • On Wednesday have a more intense 30 minute workout.
  • Do workout around 4:00-4:30
