your haiku deck in .pptx or editable .pptx

Click File/Page Setup

After opening in PowerPoint

Choose 16:9

from the drop down menu

When you click OK

you will be prompted to 'scale' or 'don't scale'

If you choose 'don't scale,' PowerPoint will zoom in on your slides, cutting off a little bit of the top and bottom. Choose this option only If all of your slide text is aligned vertically in the center.

If you choose 'scale,' there will be blank vertical bars on the left and right side of the slide image and none of your image will be cut off
