  • It helps you digest food and such

TOO MUCH?

  • 3.7 liters is just right, don't go too far above, you'll have problems most if your obese
  • You may experience mood changes, weakness, nausea, swelling, over active bladder and possible death
  • Don't drink over 3.7 liters a day

TOO LITTLE?

  • Dehydration
  • Large people are most at risk
  • You could die or go into a coma
  • Drink lots of water, but not over 3.7 liters

NOT SO FUN FACTS

  • Drowning in sea water hurts more than fresh water
