CHAPTER 6&7

Chapter 6 summary

Chapter six basically just added to the story a little bit. It starts out with these two twins that are on watch with the fire. One should have been asleep and one awake. The two twins were watching the fire when they see a black shadow which the wind was carrying up a mountain. The boys immediately run to go tell the group of guys sleeping in there tents. Ralph which is the chief ask the two twins what's wrong and the twins tell him that there is a beast up on the mountain. Ralph and the hunters choose to go hunt this beast and kill it.

Chapter 6 summary
Piggy wanted to go but Ralph and the hunter say no, he should stay and look after the young ones, but really they didn't want him to go because he would hold them back.When they got to the mountain where the supposed "beast" was camping at. They had to talk about who was going to the top. Ralph said he should go because he was chief and the leader, but jack decided out of envy that he will go with Ralph. When they got to the top of the mountain they didn't find a beast not even a soul. Jack sees how nice the mountain is and tries to get Ralph and the others to stay on the mountain, but Ralph says no he is chief and if they stay up there how will they get rescued. That was the end of the chapter

*Ralph misses the way he use to live.
*Ralph have a flashback when he went with his dad from Chatham to Devonport where they lived in a cottage
*Jack hits a boar but didn't had time to grab him so everyone tease him
*they started mocking Ralph by pretending Robert was a boar and "kills " Robert .
*Ralph found a pig-run.
*Jack wants to go up the mountain to kill the beast.
*while Ralph wants to go back to piggy and check on him.
*Jack challenge Ralph leadership by going up to the mountain.…

CHAPTER 7 SUMARY

• Ralph ends up going with jack to the mountain later roger joins them.
• They started hearing weird noises and saw a creature that bulged .
• At the top of the mountain saw something that looks like a great ape.
