Meditation is a worthwhile way of exploring a different way of knowing -- knowing the nature of one's own mind and the profound affect it has on perception (identity, reality, material, self, other, etc.)

What is it not?

  • Numbing of senses
  • Egocentric Introspection
  • Blocking of thoughts
  • Escaping reality
