Methods of Terminating Tenancy

No Cause Termination

• 30 day written notice
• (90 days in Portland)
• After 1 year, 60 day notice required

72 hr Notice for Nonpayment

• Not sooner than 8th day
• Specify amount of rent only (don't include late fees)
• Specify due date
