PRESENTATION OUTLINE

LACROSSE

BY CASSIDY WELCH

What is lacrosse?
Lacrosse is a team sport played on a regulation soccer field, using sticks to send a ball down and shoot at goal.

Lacrosse builds endurance by running 3-5 miles in every game. We also learn hand and foot work by practicing shooting drills and running laps at practice.

WHY SHOULD YOU PLAY?

Lacrosse helps build friendships that last even after the season is over!

It builds leadership abilities. Everyone on the field matters and plays a part in scoring the goal!

Anyone, big or small, can play. There's no limits on who can do what on the team, defense or offense.
