The Main Problem

The main problem in the story is that Greg and Rowley go Trick-or-treating and some boys riding in a pick-up truck come and squirt the boys with a fire extinguisher.

  • There is a comic contest and Greg wins but, Mr. Ira changes all the good parts.
  • Greg and Rowley become safety guards, then Greg gets in trouble and Rowley is blamed.

  • Rowley has a new friend so Greg goes and searches for a new friend. That kid is Fregley. When they have a sleepover, Greg has to hide in the bathroom to get away from Fregley.
  • Greg is In a play and he is a tree. He plans to throw an apple at Patty Ferrel, but then the play is a failure.

The Problem

The problem is that the teens come back when they are at school and made Rowley eat the cheese touch cheese.
