PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Exposition
This chapter took place in Jim and Scout's school. The social climate was not to much but they did have some raisism.
Conflict
The conflict is that Jim and Scout's teacher is kind of fed up with some of the students. She also gets mad when Scout tries to help her.
Climax
Burris Ewell, a white trash folk, comes in on first day if school. He is told to take a bath, by the teacher, but then Burris scolds the teacher, making her cry. Burris then trudges out leaving the children to comfort her.
Falling Action
In the falling action Scout's father promises her that they will keep reading every night if she promises to continue school
