PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Iraqi refugees (and other nationalities) are frequently placed into tents in small towns. There is a fence around these refugee camps causing the refugees to be isolated from the rest of the general public.
To prevent isolation, Germany could build refugee centers near towns to make the Iraqis feel like their not disconnected from the rest of the country. However, Germany must first grant asylum to the Iraqis in the camps so that they can be released from the camps.
The German government is required to pay for the shelters they provide for the refugees, but where are they going to find the money required to pay for them?
To pay for the refugee camps, Germany could use money that they would've used to build roads or homes and instead use the money to pay for the camps.
