Along with its partner will I GET in, will I fit in is one of the largest worries of the college admission process. And for those of us on the business end of the college search, how do we help all students, including those from diverse backgrounds, understand how our community will help them become their best self?

In my opinion, there’s not a quick fix, no magic answers - if there was, every college campus would reflect the demographic make up of the United States. But I think returning to old school admission tennants while understanding the experiences that have shaped Gen Z so far in their young lives may give some insight.
