I don't really have an opinion on technology. But if I have to pick a side I guess I'll say it's Helpful because technology isn't just a phone it's also cars, house, pencils, etc.

HOW DOES TECHNOLOGY AFFECT YOUR LEVEL OF EUSTRESS?
- Technology can give eustress in many was like:
- Seeing funny videos.
- And other things that bring joy or that make you feel good in general.
- You can also talk to friends and family you dont see on a daily bases.
- EUSTRESS: moderate or normal psychological stress interpreted as being beneficial for the experiencer.

DOES TECHNOLOGY HELP OR HINDER YOU IN AND OUT OF SCHOOL?
- Technology can effect your grades.
- At the same technology can help you in school.
- Via: your iPad, computers, and books.
- But I personally tend to get distracted because who likes homework.
