SHROOM ACRONYM

  • M- magic mushroom
  • U- used since ancient times as a spiritual drug, and to cause "visions" and other psychedelic effects.
  • S- side effects include hallucinations, visions, distorted view of reality, and anxiety.
  • H- hallucinogen member, along with Other chemical based drugs like LSD, DMT, 2c-b, and mescaline
  • R- recreational drug used to experience "trips" that can last anywhere from 3-8 hours, they are a schedule 1 drug in the u.s., and considered very addictive.

  • O- one of the most popular psychedelics on the market, and is widely used around the world.
  • M- made illegal in 1978 by the amended psychotropic substances act in the United States,
  • S- studies have been done to see if mushrooms had any medical significance have found that they can help with OCD but that the benefits usually outweigh the side effects.
