  • 1 out of 7 children at Imagination Inn responded correctly
  • 2 out of 6 children at the kindergarten responded correcly
  • This shows that children are egocentric

Theory

  • We were testing Piaget's theory that children in the preoperational stage (3 to 7 years old) are egocentric

  • At Imagination Inn and the Kindergarten none of the children we observed could tell us that the glasses were had the same amount of liquid

Theorys

  • That children in the preoperational stage can not preserve conservatism
