CENSORSHIP OF BOOKS VIOLATE THE FRIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS

• Lajji is a banned book it was broken because of one of the first amendments one of them was excessive bail or fine; no cruel or unusual punishment" because this book is all about her religion and her rights as a Muslim that has cause for punishments and humanism
• Santanic Verses was published in 1988 and was the second ban book in this country as this book too broke one of the first amendments was broken also it was by freedom of religion, speech, press, and assembly; right of petition.
