- Beauty was revolved around naturally enhancing features
1920'S makeup
- Limited amount of shades for eyeshadow, blush and lipstick.
- Foundation was a chalk like texture.
- Mascara was in three forms : wax, liquid or cake (powder) form.

- Creating a "bee stung lip look" - a full bottom lip and a small upper lip.
- Beauty mark under the lip.
- Eyeshadow would match the eye color
- Smudged eyeliner to draw attention to the eyes.
- Eyebrows were thin and curved down at the ends - eyeliner was used to fill in.
