Mars Rocket

"It looked really clean. We're very excited. Great result,"(Charlie Precourt, former NASA astronaut).

On Thursday March 11 2015 at 9:30 A.M. in the desert of Promontory, Utah
NASA test fired a rocket motor for 2 minutes.

The test was successful and for a second test they will use that rocket on the Orion capsule for an umaned flight around the moon.

The Orion Capsules flight is scheduled for some time in 2018. If that flight is successful then some time later they will be sending people on a one way trip to mars.

Why I Chose This

The Reason I chose this is the same reason why it impacts society. If our population keeps growing and our natural resources keep running out then we are going to have to colinize other planets, why not start now?
