INTERESTING FACTS

• At first, cheerleading was an all guy sport.
• 97% are girls now.
• You need a license to even make cheer music.

THINGS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN CHEER MUISIC

• In the mix, they record special voice overs just for that team
• They are NOT allowed to take songs that you may hear on the radio. We need to mix them up of cut somethings off.

TECHNIQUES

• You want to make sure you make bass changes to build up energy
• Bass drops are a common example of this
• Sound effects! We used them to highlight special parts of the routine.
