  • Water Handler - 2 beakers, 20ml; pours water, carries rack to hot plate
  • Starch Administrator - gets bucket, adds starch, mixes, carries rack back
  • Filtration Specialist - gets rack, lines filter paper, takes tubes out of hot water
  • Quality Control - labels tubes and beakers, gets amylase, places tubes in hot water
