PRESENTATION OUTLINE
When I was about 6, my parents split. After that I lived with my mom and my grandma
My mom worked while my grandma watched me. It was hard on my mom to try and support us.
It was hard on me to be without my mom so much, but it couldn't be helped. It was important that my mom worked as hard as she did
On weekends, I spent the night at my dad's house. He and I would go out and do a lot of fun things.
He would buy me toys, and take me out to places like Chuck E. Cheese's. I always loved spending time with him.
While doing those things was fun for me, I wish he would have helped my mom out more than he did.
There were many struggles from my childhood, but I'm glad that I went through them because in the end, they made me who I am.
While I wish certain things were different, I can't change the past. I'll always have these experiences and they will forever shape me.
