PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Once upon a time there was a girl named Ella.
Ella had a dream that she knew would be very difficult to obtain.
Ella wanted to be a football player. She had wanted to be a kicker ever since she was little.
Ella moved in with her Aunt Gretchen and her daughters Annie and Sam after her mother died.
She was misstreated ever since she moved in with Gretchen
Gretchen and her daughters make Ella work for food and housing.
Ella asks to have a break from all the work
But Annie and Sam made her work more
Ever since Ella was little she wanted to be a football player
She got this from her late father who was a kicker in the NFL.
Ella worked day after day hoping for the chance to achieve her dream.
Every day she would wake up before the sun and clean the whole house water the plants and cook meals
With no support from her Aunt or cousins
But she kept thinking back to what her mother said on her death bed
"Never let go of you dream"
Ella would never complain or cry about her work because that would anger Gretchen even more
One day while Ella was getting the news paper she saw that her local high school was hosting tryouts
Ella ran to Gretchen's room sowing the door startling her
Out of breath Ella said "Aunt Gretchen can I please go to these try outs tonight"
She laughed and said maybe if you clean the whole house until its spotless. You also have to do what ever the sisters require of you.
Ella cleaned the whole house head to toe. It was finally time for tryouts but right before Ella stepped out the door her sisters said, "We have a dance at that school and we can have you coming along and risk being seen and embarrasses us."
Ella was so mad that while her sisters went to the dance she snuck out and ran to the school.
When she got there the coaches look shocked to see a girl try out for kicker. They were skeptical at first but then when they saw her kick she amazed everyone.
Ella was in the middle of kicking when Gretchen pulled up in her car and started walking towards Ella
She was yelling at her, "Get in the were going home" said Gretchen.
The coaches herd this and said "Ella is old enough to make her own decisions when it comes to sports" Ella was very please by the coaches because it made Gretchen so mad she left.
The coaches come over to Ella and said "If you want a spot on this team, its yours".
