A heart attack is a Medical Emergency

A HEART ATTACK IS WHEN THERE IS A BLOCKAGE IN THE BLOOD FLOW TO THE HEART

Symptoms include:

  • Tightness or pain in the chest, neck, back or arms
  • Lightheadedness or dizziness
  • Abnormal heartbeat
  • Heartburn or nausea & vomiting

1. Call 911 or for help
2. Have person sit down and rest
3. Loosen any tight clothing
4. Ask if they take any heart meds, if so help them take it
