• EQ is more important in helping you create a good ride through school, relationships and life.
• We have to be careful about what we believe in because what we believe can lock us in permanently.

BOREDOM

• 90% of your success or happiness is tied to your thinking.
• 10% of your success or happiness is tied to your outside conditions.
• You will be bored when you are thinking fast and you can't physically move to express your energy.

PROCRASTINATION

• The little bit of energy it takes to get started is all that it takes to overcome procrastination.
• Getting started generates motivation and provides you with the energy to complete the task.

LISTENING

• The average person is distracted 22 minutes out of every 60 minutes.
• When you are in The Zone you will get realizations about yourself, others and your class.
