Ability to make good judgement and descisions.

The duck's sagacity allowed him to successfully catch the fish.

To move sideways or obliquely.

The tree fell at a sidling angle.

Adamantine

Too hard, to cut, break, or pierce.

The chains were adamantine hard and impossible to break.

Laborious

A task, process, or journey requiring considerable effort and time.

The building of the church was a laborious task.

Alacrity

Brisk and cheerful readiness.

The cheerleaders showed lots of alacrity toward their performance.

Attempting to avoid notice or attention, usually because of guilt.
