What is your personal plan for improving in the area of nutrition and incorporating physical activities?

I try to cut down on junk food.
I try to eat more healthier.
I try to go for walks every day.
I go to soccer practice every week.

HOW DO YOU MAKE HEALTHY CHOICES IN ANY SETTING ?

  • Order a salad if I'm at a or restaurant.
  • Getting a side of fruit if your at a fast food place.
  • I go to soccer practice 3 days a week.
  • Going to my soccer games every weekend.

I encourage my family to cook at home instead of eating at a fast food place.

  • I suggest looking at the sugars and sodium to see how much each of those are to see if there low or high.
  • It's better if sugar and sodium is lower than 5%

What's bad about it is that it has a lot of fat and it has a lot of sugar and sodium. It also has a lot of carbohydrates. What's good about it is that it has 4% iron and it has 2% calcium.

What's bad about it is that it has 630mg of sodium and has a lot of carbohydrates. What's good about it is that it has 8g of protein.
