  • It is the largest fresh water lake in Florida.
  • The lake is 28.96 miles wide.

KISSIMMEE RIVER

  • The river is 134 miles in length.
  • The source is East Lake Tohopekaliga.
  • The mouth of the river is lake Okeechobee.

FLORIDA BAY

  • Florida bay has an area of 849 mile.
  • It is shallow so it has limited exchanges of water due to mudbanks.
  • It is large area of water.

EVERGLADES NATIONAL PARK

  • It is 1.5 million acres of wetlands.
  • It is compared to grassy,slow-moving river.

  • I chose Florida because I have been there but didn’t know much about Florida.
  • I chose it because I like beaches and oceans.
  • I chose it because it is warm.
  • I chose Florida because it is really beautiful there.
