Recently , A artic blast made many parts of the u.s freezing cold.This was bad because the freezing temperatures were too cold to be outside in.The artic vortex came from the north pole and swept through america.

This article is newsworthy because it shows how bad the conditions are in illinois , Also because many people especially homeless or disabled people could die , That is bad because every person is a important member society.Also those types of temperatures are bad because the snow can cut off internet connection.

Through the geographical lens I can infer that this type of weather can be very dangerous because there were over 10 deaths during this period I think that this impacts the world because it shows the effects of global warming.
