Studies in children's poetry preferences have found that children enjoy narative and limerick poetry. Poetry that has rhythm and rhyming. Poetry containing humor or something that relates to them.

  • Fresh original view of the subject

Two criteria for the illustration

  • The illustration should match the tone of the poetry

Anthology poems are a collections of poems that highlight different topics and poets.
