• 1st Dalia lama is reincarnation of the tulkus
• Every Dalai lama is the reincarnation of the previous one

THe 14th dalai lama

• Name: Tenzin Gyatso
• Raised in a home of 16
• Born on July 6th 1935
• Went through a test to confirm if he was the Dalai Lama

• Began governing Tibet at age 15
• In fear of assassination he and followers fled to India
• Continued to inspire and help other Indians and monks 
• In 1989 he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize
• Today he still conducts hundreds of confreneces and lectures
