PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Intro
------------------------------------------World war two started in 1939 and lasted until 1945. The Prime Minister of Britain, Neville Chamberlain, declared war on Germany. It involved many of the world's countries.

WW2 Conflict
------------------------------------------The Second World War was started by Germany in an unprovoked attack on Poland. Britain and France declared war on Germany after Hitler had refused to abort his invasion of Poland.

Result
----------------------------------------------------Germany was divided into two countries, east and west. Also people who fought Hitler, the leader of the Nazi party and dictator of Germany lost land and had to pay reparations. 50 million to 70 million people had died in the war. Adof Hitler commited suicide on April 30/1945. Adof Hitler was also the leader of the Nazi party.

How it could and was resolved
---------------------------------------------------------------Could: If the whole world could stand against Germany at the beginning, the war could have been avoided because Germany would quickly surrender after they knew this.
Was: The Allies (people against Germany) beat the Axis (people with Germany). Hitler died and this is why the Axis surrendered.
