• Hot and dry weather
• Very little large mammals
• Less than 50cm of rain a year

• The ocean is where life first started
• The aquatic biome is divided in 2 groups fresh water and salt water

TUNDRA

• Has extremely low temps
• Little rain or precipitation
• Low diversity of life

GRASSLANDS

• Found all around the world
• Wisconsin is part grassland
• Grassland cover 75% of the us
