How did they form?
The Beatles formed through Paul McCartney in Liverpool. He decided to create a skiffle group that was soon accompanied by the other Beatle members in their teenage years.

UK Popularity
After returning from Hamburg, they gain popularity in the UK
A local record shop heard them at their usual club, but he saw a presence
of being famous and of their wonderful songs.
They were rejected by the rest of the company, but later, another company
offered them a job and this is where they rose to fame: Abbey Road Studios
