WHo are the Beatles?

• Stuart SutCliffe- Bass Guitar (The Fifth Beatle)

How did they form?
The Beatles formed through Paul McCartney in Liverpool. He decided to create a skiffle group that was soon accompanied by the other Beatle members in their teenage years.

UK Popularity

• After returning from Hamburg, they gain popularity in the UK
• A local record shop heard them at their usual club, but he saw a presence 
• of being famous and of their wonderful songs.
• They were rejected by the rest of the company, but later, another company
• offered them a job and this is where they rose to fame: Abbey Road Studios

• Please Please Me

A Musical INvasion

• The Beatles were seen on CBS,WWDC, and the Ed Sullivan Show
• The old popular Rock and Roll became somewhat mimicked and invaded
• by British band, especially The Beatles
• This new form of music was called Mersey Beat

THe Creme De la creme

• The Beatles are such an influential group because they describe
• rock. They were truly talented musicans like no one else.
• They were so popular that they are still popular even today!
