HINGE JOINT

• This joint is usually located at your elbow or knee
• It's movement is flexion and extention

PIVOT JOINT

• This is located at the top of your neck
• Your atlas and axis bone
• This joint rotates around one bone.

BALL & SOCKET

• This joint is located in your hip or shoulder
• This joints movement is flexion, extention, adduction
• Abduction, internal and external rotation

SADDLE JOINT

• This is your joint of the thumb (cmc)
• This does flexion, extension, addiction
• Abduction and circumduction
